Rugal Bernstein Is truly a man among men. Really. He's a man, and there are men around. Anyway, he's big, he's tall, and he's got a sensory orb instead of right eye. He's also very, very evil. Probably moreso than Geese.
Speaking of which, Rugal is the current owner of the WOF network, largely due to the machinations of Terry Bogard, who has an age-old hatred for Geese. Of course, seeing as Rugal is MORE evil, this may prove to be a bad idea...
